Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your account and all personal data associated with it, please use one of the following methods:

Option 1: Delete from PerformHappy App

If you are logged in to your account, you can delete your account directly from your PerformHappy app:

• Go to More → Account Settings → Delete Account
• Follow the instructions to permanently delete your account.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access your account, you can request account deletion by sending an email to our support team at support@performhappy.com

Please include your account username or email address associated with your account. We will process your deletion request promptly.

Note: Once your account is deleted, all your data including posts, comments, course progress, and profile information will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
