PerformHappy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the PerformHappy mobile application and platform (the “App”). This App is a members-only platform designed to support athletes, parents, and coaches, including users under the age of 18, through training programs, community features, and educational content.

We only access these features when you choose to upload or capture content. We do not access your camera or files without your action and permission.

The App uses camera and media access only for:

  • Access your camera in the background
  • Record or view anything without your action
  • Use your photos or videos outside the App without your consent

You can revoke camera permissions at any time in your device settings. Some features may not work without it.

4. Children’s Privacy and Minor Users

PerformHappy serves athletes, including users under 18.

  • Accounts for minors must be created or approved by a parent or legal guardian.
  • We collect only information necessary to provide the service.
  • We do not sell or misuse children’s data.
  • Parents/guardians may request access, correction, or deletion of their child’s data.

If you believe a child’s data has been provided without proper consent, contact us immediately.

5. Community Content and Visibility

  • Any content a user posts (photos, videos, comments) may be visible to other members inside the app.
  • You should not post sensitive personal information.
  • We reserve the right to moderate or remove content to protect the community.

We do not sell your personal data.
